Serge Lutens offers a refined return process, allowing you to return any unopened and unused fragrance or cosmetic product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To maintain the integrity of our olfactory creations, all items must be returned in their original cellophane-wrapped packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our guest return portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Parcel
Securely place the items in their original boutique packaging, ensuring the protective seal is intact, and include the completed return form inside the box.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the prepaid label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our Parisian atelier, your return will undergo a quality inspection; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
